Luckily, Dream Team Realty is passionate about Real Estate and our Clients, which makes that extra ‘mile’ much more doable. We believe strongly in doing the right thing and clients coming first, always Every client’s situation is not one size fits all and we respect that. Whether it’s going in for another showing (or two) after our clients are under contract to let mom and dad take a tour, providing additional care to ease one’s nerves about the process, taking a seller’s dog on a walk when buyers want to schedule a showing at an inconvenient time, or meeting a fencer at a new construction site for a quote while our clients are out of town- whatever that little bit of extra looks like, we believe in integrity and doing everything  we can to help make it a smooth and seamless process for everyone involved.

Building Client Relationships for Life.

Buying or building a home is one of the largest purchases that someone will make in their lifetime-it’s NOT just business, it’s PERSONAL. That’s why Dream Team Realty commits to treating clients like family rather than like customers. It’s never just a transaction or a  paycheck to us. We are honored to be a part of this huge transition for them, and will guide them through every step of the way, from the very first meeting or phone call, to finding the perfect home for them, all the way to the signing of the documents making it  officially theirs, and far beyond. With ongoing check ins, client appreciation pop-bys and giveaways, and good old fashion phone calls and meet-ups throughout the year, we continue to maintain a relationship with past clients well after they purchase or sell their home. And it’s not uncommon to find us at a baby shower, birthday party, or wedding, celebrating another milestone right alongside them!

Agent to Agent Follow-up & Communication.

We’ve all been there…you refer a close family member, friend or past client to another agent. You’ve interviewed them and they seem  like a great fit! 1 week in, no update. 2 weeks in, nothing. Silence. Another week goes by, crickets. You don’t want to seem uninformed when you speak with your referral so you reach out to the agent for an update. You find out your referral has been under contract to purchase a home for 2 weeks!!! No joke, this has actually happened. When you refer a client to Dream Team, that referral will receive expert customer service, guidance and professionalism, and so will  you! We’ll keep you updated every step of the way from initial meeting to showing updates to under contract to Close. It’s important  to you that your Referral receive the highest level of care and by keeping you in the loop throughout the process, we can guarantee  that you will never question the status or when you will receive your due referral fee!
